run each of these terminal commands on the app and it works:
sudo xattr -cr [filepath]
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine [filepath]
sudo chmod 777 [filepath]
sudo codesign -fs – [filepath]
sudo codesign –force –deep –sign – [filepath]
